- Upon receiving the travel itinerary, the traveler acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions mentioned therein.
- In the event of modifying or canceling a ticket, change or cancellation fees will apply according to the policies and regulations of the airlines, including any change in flight class. For group bookings (Groups), the ticket is non-refundable, non-changable, and the full ticket price will be charged.
- Some airlines, such as (Flynas, Air Arabia, Flydubai), do not allow ticket cancellations or refunds. However, in certain cases, bookings can be modified at least 24 hours before the flight departure. The ticket value will remain in the passenger's account for future use within one year from the issuance date, with additional modification fees applied. These conditions do not apply to group bookings.
- If the reservation is canceled during peak seasons (weekends, Ramadan, Hajj season), the full hotel booking value will be charged. In other times of the year, one night's value will be charged if the cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the travel date.
- Any room type changes are subject to hotel availability and will be charged at a new rate.
- Double rooms consist of either one large bed or two separate beds. Triple rooms consist of two separate beds and an extra bed. Quad rooms consist of two beds and two extra beds, depending on the hotel's policy.
